Then they score you points
One rule underneath all of it: the rarer something is, the more it's worth.
A defender scoring is worth twice a striker doing it, because it happens half as often. A keeper scoring is worth the lot, because it basically never happens.
- Assist 3. Clean sheet 4 for a keeper, 3 for a defender. A keeper keeping one out is worth as much as a striker putting one in.
- Your captain doubles. Pick the one you fancy and hope you're right.
- A hat-trick triples. Rare, and it'll win somebody their week.
- You lose points too. Cards, own goals, and keepers letting them in, which gets worse after three.
A decent week is somewhere in the twenties. A really good one is nearer forty. See every number.
